 L'Agence French was founded in 2022 by Isabelle, a certified French education specialist who believed that families, professionals, immigration candidates, and adult learners in Toronto deserved a French school designed around their actual needs. Today, we serve four distinct programs from our school on Bayview Avenue and online worldwide.

I was born and raised in a French-speaking family, and as a certified French education specialist with years of combined teaching experience,
I have spent my career meeting students where they are and bringing them where they want to go. When I moved to Canada,
I worked in French schools and saw a clear gap. Adults wanted a real path to fluency, not another hobby class. Immigration candidates needed structured preparation for high-stakes exams. Corporate teams were committing real budgets to French training and getting impersonal, off-the-shelf programs in return. Parents wanted serious French education for their children that went beyond what a regular classroom could offer. 

I founded L'Agence French to close those gaps. We do it through the patience and structure of a true classroom and the warmth of a French education specialist who actually cares whether her students succeed.

Our mission is to teach French in a way that respects your time, your investment, and the outcome you are working toward, whether that outcome is a passing TEF/TCF score, a confident bilingual child, a fluent corporate team, or a personal goal you have been holding onto for years.

We believe that French education should produce real fluency, not just exposure. Too many programs measure their success by how many hours students attend rather than what students can actually do at the end. We measure ourselves by your outcome.

We believe that structure and warmth are not opposites.
A program can be rigorous, clearly mapped, and held to high standards while still being taught by French education specialists who know your name and care about your progress. Our students get both.

We believe that French should be accessible to every learner who is willing to commit, whether they are four years old or forty, taking after-school sessions in our Bayview classroom or joining cohort calls from another country. Different audiences need different paths, and we have built four of them under one roof.

TEF and TCF preparation runs on a three-month structure. Corporate programs are customized but always anchored in a measurable plan. You always know where you are and where you are going.
